Northstar celebrates our students’ creative minds through a comprehensive arts program. The visial arts are explored through a wide variety of two and three dimensional media. Starting in our Lower School, students develop fine motor skills as well as art appreciation before moving on to expand their knowledge of more advanced skills and media.

	Our Upper School students will maintain a portfolio to assist them on college applications. In addition, the school computer lab offers many art programs, such as Photoshop and Flash Animation. The Performing arts are also an important element of self-expression and creativity at Northstar.
Each year we bring the whole school together for thematic instruction that culminates in a school-wide Winter Show, as well as a Spring Talent Show and Fall Fashion Show.
