Cindy Culley graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Family & Child Development. In 2006, Ms. Culley received the Collegiate Professional license in Special Education Learning Disabilities K-12. Her hobbies include reading, interior decorating, landscaping, getting together with friends, and cooking. Ms. Culley has been married to husband Tom for 21 years and they have 3 children - Nick, Taylor and Chandler.
